Tyler Williams scored a hat trick (two on corner kicks from Eli
Harris) as the Blitzz turned in a well-organized performance against
an overmatched opponent. Ben Hietala scored two goals and Nate
Hense, Austin Collins, and Harris scored one goal each.
assists (in addition to Harris' corners came from Grant Marshall
(2), Charlie Eichenberger, and Hense. Austin Collins and Ryan
Garnsey preserved the shutout in goal.Blitzz White 5 - Missoula
Strikers Red 4
The Blitzz held off (for a second time) a quick and talented
strikers team behind a hat trick from Ben Hietala and supporting
goals by Eli Harris and Nate Hense. Charlie Eichenberger had
the lone assist. The teams meet again in the first game at the
state Showcase in Helena next Saturday. Connor Brown and
Austin Collins made the lead hold up in goal. |
