Soccer Team won the Bill Eisenwinter Hot Shot Tournament in Coeur d'
Alene, ID. They defeated the River City Fusion A and B teams and the
Coeur d'Alene Stangs for the championship in a 4-3 shootout.
Goals were scored by Rachel Parkes (3), Alaina Webb (2), Kelsey
Horn, Alex White, Nicole Scheibel and Cali Martin. Assists were made
Kelsey Horn, Alex Delaney and Maggie Hickman. Kodi Simkins had 2
shutouts in goal and excellent defensive support from Val Kutsch and
Hayley Hitchcock. |

The Blitzz juggernaut rolled on in the first game in Helena, a 7-2
victory over Helena Arsenal Gold. Blitzz goals were scored by
Eli Harris (2), Ben Hietala (2), Charlie Eichenberger (2) and Connor
Brown, with assists from Eli (2), Charlie, and Casey Simeone.
Goal keepers were Connor and Ben. In the second game the
juggernaut was derailed by Billings Magic White in a 3-6 loss.
Goals were scored by Eli Harris, Nate Hense, and Charlie
Eichenberger, with Ben Hietala earning an assist. Goalkeepers
were Austin Collins and Eli. |
