The Blitzz Girls U12 White team
competed in the Mars Cup in Sheridan, Wyoming and had 3 fun,
competitive games in conditions ranging from 32 degrees and a
snow-covered field to a sunny, 70 degree day. The results from each
game are:
Game 1: Rock Springs, WY 2, Blitzz White 1. Goal by Embla Hagensen.
Goalies: Darby Halvorson and Ginny Keith.
Game 2: Blitzz White 3, Magic City 2. Goals: Natasha Sullivan (Asst.
Hannah McLean), Alexandra Adams (Asst. Embla Hagensen), Sicily
Ranieri (Asst. Darby Halvorson). Goalies: Darby Halvorson and Ginny
Keith.
Game 3: Blitzz White 2, Gillette Edge 2. Goals: Alexandra Adams

The Bozeman Blitzz U15 Girls
played to a 1-1 tie against Helena, the goal was scored by Callie
Martin. They defeated Billings 2-0. Goals were by Rachel Parkes and
Tess Christian, Kodi Simkins had the shut out as goalie. |

The U11 White team enjoyed their home date against Missoula Strikers
Red and Strikers Yellow. Against the Red team Bozeman
prevailed 4-3, weathering a strong comeback by Missoula from a 1-4
halftime deficit. Goal scorers were Charlie Eichenberger (from
Ben Hietala), Ben (unassisted), Lester Suci (from Grant Marshall),
and Austin Collins (PK). Eli Harris and Ben played strong in
goal. In the second game, against Strikers Yellow, Eli Harris came
to play, with six goals (five in the first half)! Nate Hense
and Ben Hietala also scored. assists came from Ben (2) Charlie
Eichenberger, Ryan Garnsey, and Casey Simeone. Goalkeepers
were Connor Brown and Austin Collins. |

| U13 |
It was a great soccer weekend for the Bozeman Blitzz Boys u13 team
who competed in the Mars Big Horn Soccer Cup this weekend in
Sheridan, WY. They started their first of four games off Saturday
against Casper Blades and came out with a 1-0 win. In the 2nd game,
Bozeman was up against Billings Magic City Red and finished with a
win and final score of 4-0. With an early (8 am) Sunday game against
Worland Sidewinders, Bozeman came out on top again with a 3-1 win.
The only team in the 5 team bracket scheduled with 4 games, Bozeman
Blitzz went on to play their 4th game and Torrington Chivas held
them to a 1-1 tie. The competition was very tight as Bozeman Blitzz
was the only one of five teams to have any wins. All other ended in
ties or losses to Bozeman. The 3-1-0 record moved them into the
Championship game against Rushmore where they found themselves
fighting to the end with a 2-3 loss. Bozeman Blitzz brought home a
second place out of 9 teams in their age division.
