The parents of members of the Futbol Club of Bozeman agreed to conduct themselves in accordance with the spirit of good sportsmanship and of the game of soccer.
Every team shall have a designated Field Marshall.
If the Field Marshall feels that any individual parent is not conducting himself or herself at a game or during a tournament in accordance with good sportsmanship and the spirit of the game, the Field Marshall may request that the parent refrain from the offensive conduct.
If the parent persists in the conduct, the Field Marshall may ask that the parent leave the area of the field of play.
If the Referee feels that a parent is in violation of the rules of play, the Referee may request the Field Marshall to remove the parent from the area of the field of play.
As a condition for the parent-child been involved in the Futbol Club of Bozeman, the parent agrees on being directed either by the Field Marshall or the Referee to voluntarily leave the area of the field play. If the parent refuses to leave the area of the field of play after been notified by the Referee and/or Field Marshall then public notice of the event shall be prepared and circulated and the parent shall be subject to a fine schedule of $50.00 for the first offense, $100.00 for the second offense and $250.00 for the third and any additional offenses. The levied fine shall be paid prior to the next game in which their child is scheduled to play. If the fine is unpaid, it shall constitute an additional offense and subject the parent to an additional assessment in accordance with the aforementioned penalty structure. If a fine is not paid by the next game, the matter may be submitted to the Board of Directors for whatever action it deems necessary and the player will not be allowed to register with the Club for the next season of play until all fines are paid.
Parent(s)/Guardian(s) of a player agrees to conduct themselves in the spirit of the
game and in a good-sportsman-like manner to coaches, players, and fellow
parent(s)/guardian(s) at all times throughout the season.
