In order for Bozeman Blitzz FC to function efficiently, for the 2005-2006 season, the club will assess each FAMILY 10 hours of work, or $100.  With each registration, parents must provide a post-dated (June 30) check for $100 (one check per family, regardless of number of children playing). The check will not be cashed if the family does 10 hours of volunteer work. Each family will be responsible for keeping track of hours worked, and returning completed work forms to the designated team representative.  Listed below are options for work.  Please complete this form, and return with registration information.  Work forms will be available from team managers when teams have been formed.
