-Sue M. stated that we need coaches before we can organize the teams
IV. Administrator/Registrar/President’s Report
· U15 girls now have 17 players
· One U11 girl quit, but was replaced by 2 more
· U17 down another player
· The Avalanche is down to one team
· We were the only soccer organization represented at the Parks meeting
· We are permitted to use 1 field per day (at Bronken)
V. Head Coach Report: No Report
VI. Committee Reports
A. Budget Development/ Treasurer Report: Kerry Hatcher
-Kerry will be working on a general letter to send to businesses
-There will be a $500 minimum contribution
-We need to ask businesses for a specific amount
B. Facilities & Equipment: Russ Walker

-an email will be sent to managers to see if we can borrow one
-Kerry will call the Health Department
-We will have Mark put it on the map

VII. New Business
1. Fall Program
-There will be no other Fall program (other than GVYSA) unless we put it on
-Can we still get the use of the schools for free, or will we be disqualified because of Tim and our other professional members?
-the outer-valley should have its own Club
-Fields? Softball Complex, etc.
-insurance costs are covered
-Russ W. is concerned about the workload
-Jen Gummer suggested a separate Board for Micro
-Sue M. stated that if we take it on, it should be micro-based
-Bill L. stated that we need to develop the coachesà they need to be more knowledgeable
-We need to talk to the city about using the Softball Complex
-Referees, coaches, etc. need to be voluntary
Bill Robinson motioned to proceed with planning a fall rec program if AYSO falls through
