The Board separately interviewed two candidates for next year's position of Director of Coaching or director of Programs (title to be negotiated) for about 45 minutes each. Each candidate made a brief statement of their qualifications and thoughts for the Club, then answered a series of pre-decided questions from the Board (all asked by Phil). Each Board member then had the opportunity to ask one additional question. After the interviews, the Board discussed the candidates in a spirited discussion. By majority vote (Tim Owen, President, not voting) the Board decided to offer the position to Tim Guenzler.
